Biscuit cake

Nesquick cream:

Hydrate the gelatin in 8 tablespoons of water.

The rest of the ingredients are mixed with the mixer at high speed until a thick cream results. (10 -20 min depends on the power of the mixer)

The gelatin is liquefied in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Cool and add to the cream.

The same is done for Straciatella cream.


Wallpaper a form with cling film or cellophane and place a layer of lightly syrupy biscuits on the bottom.

Place Nesquick cream on top of it.

The next layer consists of biscuits.

Then comes Straciatella cream and biscuits again.

Form for 2 hours.


The cake is covered in a thin layer of fondant and decorated.
