Pudding with summer vegetables

The vegetables

Beans are boiled a few times in salted water. Cut the zucchini into rounds and soak them in a little olive oil together with the onion, cut into thin slices. Add the sliced ​​bell pepper, the well drained corn, the beans and the diced muscle. It goes well with salt and pepper.

Grease and line with flour an elongated tray, place the dough over which we put the lightly chilled vegetables. Mix the sour cream with beaten eggs and flour, pour evenly and bake at the right heat.
