Meat check

Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small cubes. Bake for about 5 minutes.

Put the pan in the oven over medium heat for about 30-35 minutes.

We present you the recipe for a delicious meat cake. It is prepared amazingly simple and fast, from a minimal amount of ingredients. The cake is obtained brown, fragrant and very appetizing. It can be served both as a snack and as a main course with a vegetable garnish. Experiment with the ingredients for the filling and enjoy your loved ones with a very tasty cake.

Dough INGREDIENTS

-1 glass of kefir (or sour milk)

-0.5 teaspoon baking soda

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Mix the kefir with baking soda and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. Add the eggs, sifted flour and salt. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough, similar to cream.

3. Grease a baking tin with oil and pour in half of the dough obtained.

4. Peel and chop the onion. Mix the meat with the onion, salt and ground black pepper. Place the filling obtained in the baking dish and cover it with the remaining dough.

5. Place the cake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for 40-45 minutes. Baking time depends on each oven.


Pass the meat through the mincer twice.

Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper and sauté the finely chopped onion for a few minutes in a pan with a little lard or oil over low heat.

Good to know. You can also bake in the water bath, then the cooking time is about 50 minutes.
