Pui Shanghai

We cut the chicken breast into long and thin slices of one centimeter. We mix eggs, mustard, wine, soy sauce. We add pepper and salt to taste. I added a little salt because the soy sauce was salty. We add flour, let it be a little dough. thicker than pancakes.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Massage the pieces of meat with a little chicken seasoning or with a chicken-flavored knor cube. Put the pieces of meat through the flour, then through the egg mixture and fry them in oil until they are nicely browned.

Serve with a garnish of rice, rice noodles or vegetables.

We served it with rice.
