RECIPE PREPARATION Avocado salad:

Cut the onion and cut the scales.

Wash the head of the salad and cut it into slices, as well as the leurda.

Cut the pepper into scales.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into suitable slices.

Remove the seeds from the avocado and remove the core that we cut into slices.

Mix the above and season with salt, olive oil and vinegar.

Avocado salad with artichokes

When I was last in Cluj, I visited the City Fusion restaurant at the West City Hotel. On this occasion I met the chef Jose Henry Silveira Bonaventura - Boney, in short. And how I met him, how I beat him in the head to cook together, to steal his secrets. So the man, in order to get rid of me as soon as possible, quickly made me make three recipes. This is the first of them, and the simplest.

ingredients

  • 100 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 slice of pomegranate
  • 1 buc avocado
  • 1 piece of artichoke
  • 2 slices of beets
  • lemon & acircie juice

Iceberg lettuce is cut into wedges

I sliced ​​the pomegranate seeds.

I quoted four slices of beets from a jar.

On a plate, I put the salad pieces. On top of them, I put the beet slices. On the beet slices I put avocado slices, also cut into slices. And in the middle, the piece of artichoke. I sprinkled pomegranate seeds all over, sprinkled a little lemon & acircie juice and that was it.

Avocado and Cheese Salad

I had a craving for a Caprese salad, but since I didn't have mozzarella pearls I improvised and I did it Avocado and Cheese Salad.

Instead of mozzarella I used the Cheese Ghosts from Toni Junior & # 8211 Delaco, which is a very good white lime cheese and in the opinion of those in the family it looks like urda.

Finally, we wanted to prolong it and we improvised with what we had in the house at that moment.

1 larger avocado
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

250 g cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped basil

Avocado and Cheese Salad & # 8211 Preparation

50 g boiled corn kernels

I drained the black beans and the corn and put them in a bowl. I cut the tomatoes and chopped them into cubes, removing their pulp.

I cut the avocado in half lengthwise, I removed the seeds with a knife, then with the same knife I cut the core into medium to small cubes. I took out the avocado cubes and put them in the bowl. I poured lemon juice over the avocado to prevent its oxidation.

I seasoned with salt, freshly ground pepper, oregano, cumin and hot pepper flakes, then I added the four strands of chives and finely chopped parsley, then I mixed the composition. If you like coriander, you can use it instead of parsley.

I added the tuna and a little of the canned oil.

I mixed until the composition was homogenous, then I filled the avocado peels.
