  • A tablespoon of peppercorns
  • 3-4 bay leaves will jump
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mustard smiles
  • The procedure is simple:

Wash the donuts very well and cut into strips (then wash once more, so that no seeds remain), prepare the sauce (from the rest of the ingredients) in a pot of tuci high enough not to "paint" the whole kitchen. Let the sauce boil for about 10 minutes, then bathe the donuts, they will confidently leave the juice (although, initially, they will look like a lot, compared to the sauce made) mix gently… as long as… to be 15-20 minutes, depending on the variety the donuts are ready when they soften a little. Put them quickly in jars, then place them nicely and carefully "in a warm bed" (under them and above them put thick beds) leave for a few days, until they cool completely, then "move" the goodies in the reception room.

Add the tomato pulp and continue cooking for a maximum of 10 minutes.

The sauce obtained is mixed with the starch dissolved in water. Add salt, pepper to taste and then pour it into a tray.

Place the fish pieces in the sauce and place the tray in the preheated oven (at 160 degrees Celsius) for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
