Plum jam

We choose well-ripened plums, then wash them well and then remove the seeds.

Over the pitted plums we will put the sugar and then we will put it in the fridge until the next day.

The next day we will put the plums together with the juice left in a pot of tuci which we will put on low heat, chewing from time to time so that it does not stick. .

We put them in jars and then we put the jars in the oven for 10 minutes. We turn off the oven, take them out and cover them with a blanket until the next day, then we store them in the pantry.
