Method of preparation

1. Prepare the dough: melt the butter and pour the warm milk. You can heat the butter with the milk in a saucepan on the fire or in the microwave. The temperature of the mixture must not exceed 36 ° C.

2. Beat the egg. Add it to the milk mixture. Stir.

3. Add salt and sugar. Stir.

4. Add the yeast and half a glass of flour. Stir and leave the dough at room temperature for 20 minutes so that the yeast dissolves.

5. Gradually add a little flour and mix each time. Get a non-sticky dough.

6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place.

7. Boil the potatoes. Make the puree.

8. Add the butter and milk. Stir.

9. Divide the raised dough into 2 parts. Give it the shape of a cylinder and cut the dough into medium-sized slices.

10. Knead each slice of dough a little and spread it on a counter.

11. Arrange a tablespoon of mashed potatoes in the middle of each countertop. Spread the puree layer a little. Arrange a sausage on it.

12. Cut the dough on each side of the countertop 3 times, as in the picture below.

13. Cover the sausage with the strips of dough. Grease with beaten egg on top.

14. Arrange the sausages in the dough on a preventive baking tray greased with oil.

15. Place in the oven at a minimum temperature of 50 ° C. Depending on the oven model, the minimum temperature level may vary.

16. Bake at minimum temperature for 15 minutes so that the dough rises.


How to prepare the best homemade pizza!

1. If you use fresh yeast, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the water, followed by the oil.
2. Knead the dough, and if it is still sticky, add more flour until it becomes fine. Set the dough aside for 20-30 minutes in the heat.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings. When the dough has risen, grease a tray with a diameter of

30 cm and put the dough in the center of it.
4. Using your fingertips, push the dough evenly around the edges of the tray.
5. If you want a normal homemade pizza top, prick the dough from place to place using a fork. The stiffer the dough, the less the countertop will grow. If you want a homemade pizza with a fluffy countertop, you can skip this step.
6. Combine the broth with 2 tablespoons of water and spread the sauce obtained on the whole dough, followed by oregano and mozzarella / cheese.
7. Place the rest of the ingredients on the pizza and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is colored.

It differs from other pork sausage recipes by the way the meat is minced.
My father-in-law minced the meat for the bard sausages, so this year I had help and tried his recipe.

Pork sausage-Ingredient

2.5kg pork shoulder
2.5kg pork belly
5 teaspoons salt
400 ml pork bone soup
2 cloves of garlic
6-7 dried red hot peppers
2 tablespoons dried thyme

Pork sausages-Preparation
From the 5 kg of meat, 4 kg is chopped as small as possible with the bard or ax we have for cutting bones.

From pork bones we make a soup that we mix with the crushed garlic and then we strain it.

We fill the pork intestines with the help of the meat mincer and the special device for stuffing sausages.

I chose to portion the sausages by twisting the intestines to about 15 cm.

After filling, drain and hang on a bar (stick) in a cool and well ventilated place.

After staying 1-2 days, they can be smoked.

FOR GLAZING

-1 teaspoon of ground paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the chicken and cut it into large pieces, dry it.

2. Prepare the marinade. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.

3. Add the cleaned garlic cloves, hot adjica, refined oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt (if necessary) and thyme.

4. Mix the ingredients with the blender until smooth.

5. Put the chicken pieces in 2 dense bags, put them in a deep bowl and pour the marinade obtained over the meat.

6. Tie the bags tightly and shake them so that the marinade is evenly distributed.

7. Refrigerate the meat for at least 3 hours or overnight.

8. Grease a baking tin with oil and place the chicken pieces.

9. Place the chicken in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

10. Glaze. Put the ketchup in a bowl, add the liquid honey and paprika.

11. Remove the form after 40 minutes and grease the meat thoroughly with the resulting glaze (with a silicone brush).

12. Raise the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.

13. Remove the form from the oven, cover with cling film and leave for 7 minutes. Then you can serve the chicken at the table.
