  • 1 sauerkraut or frozen or pickled vine leaves

Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for a start, then lower the baking temperature. I'm ready when they brown nicely. Sweet cabbage can also be used for this recipe, but it is preferable to scald the leaves in borscht before preparing the sarmales.

Soy steak

No festive meal without a delicious steak. And if the menu is vegetarian, we can very well prepare it from soy. It is recommended to cook it with a flavored vegetable soup base. It's much tastier. With many spices or herbs, soy can be delicious.


  • 1 pack of soy slices
  • ½ cup of tomato juice
  • 3, 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1, 2 rosemary threads
  • 2 thyme threads
  • basil

  • olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • ½ celery
  • 1 parsnip

Method of preparation

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Before preparing the mix, grease 12 muffin cups or a special muffin tray. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, 3/4 cup of crushed chocolate, cocoa powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine and mix the egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla and oil until smooth. Combine the mixtures until they are completely mixed. When finished, fill the muffin tins with the mixture you made and the rest of the shredded chocolate. Put the forms in the oven and let them bake for about 20-23 minutes.
