Festive beef salad cake

The potatoes are peeled and boiled in salted water.

The beef pulp is cleaned of skins and boiled.

Drain the peas and put them in a bowl.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes, as well as the donuts and put them in a sieve to drain the juice well.

Boil the potatoes, clean them and cut them into cubes, we also cut the meat, and the well drained carrots are cut into rounds (they are baby carrots).

Mix all the ingredients, season to taste, add the remaining boiled egg whites.

Prepare mayonnaise with raw and boiled egg yolk, gradually pouring oil, season and put the mustard and continue to mix.

Put mayonnaise in the salad, according to everyone's taste, I don't like it very much, and square it to garnish on top.

Put the salad in a round cake shape, leave it to cool overnight, and garnish the next day.

Good appetite!

Main courses without meat

You can cook main dishes for a festive meal that are just as spectacular and tasty as traditional ones. The vegetarian cuisine has been in the attention of culinary professionals for several years, but also of food producers. Recently, new assortments of ingredients have appeared on the market that facilitate the preparation of vegetarian dishes. In fact, this is one of the important culinary trends of the coming year. So, equipped with the right kitchen utensils, with various ingredients and a lot of inspiration, to discover new and pleasant tastes for this Christmas.

Fasting sarmale with mushrooms

Fasting sarmales with mushrooms are a tasty and filling dish, especially if a handful of ground sunflower seeds is added to the filling mixture. It is the secret of vegetarian cuisine specialists for a portion of tasty sarmale. These seeds give the filling a meat-like taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 sauerkraut or frozen or pickled vine leaves
  • 250 g of rice
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 250 g finely chopped onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 ml oil
  • salt pepper
  • dried thyme
  • 1, 2 foi dafin
  • 250 ml of tomato juice

Method of preparation

In the food processor, chop the vegetables one at a time, as for a stew, using a large grater. Put a wok on the fire, pour the oil, then add the onion, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and leave to soften. Then put the carrot in the wok and when it has softened, add the mushrooms. When their juice evaporates, add the rice and leave it on the fire to borrow the flavor of the other vegetables. Match the composition of salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme, and after 5-7 minutes turn off the heat. The cabbage leaves are then prepared, removing the strong ribs. Put a teaspoon of the composition on each sheet, roll and put in a saucepan, over a layer of chopped cabbage. Place the sarmale layers, finish with finely chopped cabbage, add the bay leaf, and at the end add the tomato juice. Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for a start, then lower the baking temperature. I'm ready when they brown nicely. Sweet cabbage can also be used for this recipe, but it is preferable to scald the leaves in borscht before preparing the sarmales.

Soy steak

No festive meal without a delicious steak. And if the menu is vegetarian, we can very well prepare it from soy. It is recommended to cook it with a flavored vegetable soup base. It's much tastier. With many spices or herbs, soy can be delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of soy slices
  • ½ cup of tomato juice
  • 3, 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1, 2 rosemary threads
  • 2 thyme threads
  • basil
  • salt pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • ½ celery
  • 1 parsnip

Method of preparation

Boil soy slices in water with onion, carrot, celery and parsnips to borrow the flavor of vegetables. After about 30 minutes, drain the soy slices in a colander. They are then placed in a ceramic bowl, next to them are added pieces of carrot and garlic cloves, the aromatic herbs are added, then everything is sprinkled with olive oil and tomato juice. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put in the oven. After 20, 25 minutes, lift the foil and let the sauce drop. It's ready when it browns nicely.

Fasting meatballs, chickpeas and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 canned chickpeas
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 1 onion
  • Gras bell peppers
  • 3, 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • salt pepper

Method of preparation

This recipe is much easier to prepare if we have the right kitchen utensils. A food processor will do all the hard work. Put the chickpeas and carrots in his bowl and mix them. In a bowl, put the mashed boiled potatoes with a fork, then add the chickpeas and carrots. The rest of the vegetables are cut into cubes on the robot and placed in a bowl. Season, add the breadcrumbs to absorb the excess liquid, crushed garlic, mix the composition and form the meatballs. Bake in the oven in a tray lined with baking paper. I'm ready when they're browned.

Festive menus with Montignac recipes

And at the same time, I apologize, that I asked for it, in a place that was not suitable & # 33
I copied the recipe, if it can be moved to another place, where it can be found by other people, don't confuse the topic here, thank you & # 33

Felutza, don't worry like that. And then all the bad for good, that's how you came to us and maybe we inspire you here and there, because I saw that you like to cook a lot of goodies, but you also try to keep your personal weight under control.
Let's kiss the girl & # 33

Obviously I didn't want to have a mountain recipe. And just like Andreea, I thought it went through finely ground fructose. My problem was not the taste, which is chocolate as it should be, but the appearance. I liked the way the cracks look and given by fructose they widen, do not crack and no white marks remain. So they came out in my monty recipe, like ordinary chocolate cookies. I will try next time to put in almond powder to see what I get, because the filling is worthy of all admiration & # 33

rodica, last night I also came across Seima's recipe and I was tempted to put a link, but it wasn't from there. Now it doesn't matter, it's good that we have new ideas.

For Easter I thought of preparing it like this:

Appetizer candies
Appetizer check
block
Cheese roll
Meatballs
Cheese balls
Cucumber spreads with cheese and salmon
Lemon slices with fish paste and olives (a la Cris)
Rocket, carrot, beetroot and mozzarella salad (Cris style)
Parmesan cheese
Red skewers and mozzarella
Stuffed mushrooms
Chicken schnitzel
Appetizer tree with cherry tomatoes, black and green olives, cheese, meatballs and cheese balls (I bought the tree, to see how I manage to fill it without breaking it)
Vegetables and vegetable ornaments (I bought vegetable sharpeners)

Chicken breast sarmale in beef sheets

Lamb steak, chicken on the bottle with vegetable medallions and lettuce. Garlic sauce with sour cream and mayonnaise.

For dessert I want to do:
candies according to Sheng's recipe
pandispan according to M_rules' recipe
sausage biscuits
bread
jump over the cake :)

Dry wine and lemonade with mint.

I didn't pass the red eggs as a matter of course.

An interesting weekend is announced. :)

Adeje, I envy you for how many goodies you want to make. Let DD be as you set out to be. I also like to decorate the table with plates, tablecloths, glasses, napkins matched with each other and with the specifics of meetings.
I haven't finished it yet but obviously I do
two babani cakes, Carmen Cara's recipe
Easter with chocolate
Easter cream, classic recipes (so not monty) I will taste a little of each
Red eggs
compliant lamb soup
honey steak
Lamb tripe
a bowl of beef salad, nemonty, but that's it
pork chops with beef with wild rice and some oatmeal

berry terrine
raw vegan candies from dried apricots, dates, coconut oil, cashews, carob powder

for green grass I will do more:
spinach roll, Cerra's recipe with monty flour and it's like I would try the one with apricots and prunes, I'll see
raw-vegan marinara sauce
Obviously many salads, green onions, cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers, and fresh cottage cheese.

If it's going to be ugly outside it's going to be nasty, but hopefully in good weather
If I still have ideas, I'll say more, but for two people I don't want to go to many dishes again.

Chocolate muffins

I'm a big fan of chocolate and I don't miss the opportunity to cook a delicious recipe with this ingredient. This recipe is one of the longest on the list, but I can say that it is worth it. It can be made and served with friends or family and I am sure you will impress them with this light dessert. It is a perfect Christmas recipe that you can serve with a cup of hot chocolate.

About 12 servings

Total cooking time: 90 minutes

Ingredient:

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar (white or brown)
1 cup chopped chocolate pieces (you can cut it into pieces with a knife)
½ cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 or
1 cup yogurt
½ cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup of oil

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Before preparing the mix, grease 12 muffin cups or a special muffin tray. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, 3/4 cup of crushed chocolate, cocoa powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine and mix the egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla and oil until smooth. Combine the mixtures until they are completely mixed. When finished, fill the muffin tins with the mixture you made and the rest of the shredded chocolate. Put the forms in the oven and let them bake for about 20-23 minutes. When they are ready, turn off the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes outside. It is ready to serve. Good appetite! They can be served with a glass of milk or any other hot beverage. & # x1f642
