Baked potatoes stuffed with tuna

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes and wipe, then prick repeatedly with a fork and wrap in aluminum foil. Put in a pan and bake in the oven for an hour.

Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Drain the tuna and mix well with the pepper, sour cream and cooking cream.

Cut half a lemon into thin slices and squeeze the other half.

Break the dill leaves, chop finely and add over the tuna with sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.

Unpack the potatoes, grow lengthwise and loosen easily. Salt each and put a piece of butter on top.

Fill the potatoes with tuna, decorate with lemon and dill slices and serve.
