Clafoutis dessert with cherries

I received a few good kilos of cherries and besides jam, compote ... of course, the cake couldn't be missing either! I opted for a clafoutis, which besides being prepared very quickly, then kept cold is delicious and cool in this heat!
"The cooks' picnic"

  • 4 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 20 ml oil
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 180 g flour
  • 500 g cherries

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Clafoutis dessert with cherries:

First, wash the cherries, remove the seeds with the help of the appliance to keep the cherries as whole as possible and drain them.

In a bowl, mix eggs with salt powder, sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a creamier composition. Add the oil, then the milk. At the end, add the flour and mix at low speed until incorporated.

Grease a cake pan with butter. Place the cherries on the bottom of the tray, side by side. Pour the composition over the cherries on the entire surface. If the cherries are still moving, rearrange them later.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C, for about 40-45 minutes. The toothpick test is done. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Serve cold! Good appetite!
