GULAS RECIPE PREPARATION with potatoes and sausages:

Peel an onion, finely chop and sauté in a little oil. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into rounds and place it over the onion to cook together.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place the paprika over the onion, mix quickly and add the potatoes. Leave it to cool for a while, then add enough water to cover it, but not at all. Bring to the boil until the potatoes are soft and the water has dropped but not at all. Add salt to taste, leave a little longer and serve with pickles.
