Strawberry lemonade

Starting from the three ingredients that underlie such a recipe (sugar, water and lamiae), lemonade can be enhanced with various flavors of fruits, greens or flowers.

The recipe is very simple and very easy, but it does not involve mixing some mashed strawberries, water, sugar and lemon juice!

Here I showed you how to make lemonade correctly & # 8211 recipe for homemade lemonade. Boil water and sugar until they become a thick syrup. The stage is essential and it would be a shame not to do that. You lose a few minutes, but you get one tasty homemade lemonade.

Other summer soft drinks prepared by me: lemon ice tea or peach ice tea. Equally good are the nectar recipes, which will be diluted, like a syrup. You can also find recipes for strawberry nectar, apricot nectar , peach nectar, concentrated red currant syrup.

To get the best strawberry lemonade use fresh ripe and fragrant strawberries. The lemons must be fresh. The best ones are the ones with soft shell. They have more juice.

You can replace sugar with honey.

You can keep the strawberry lemonade in the fridge for 1 or 2 days. Due to the fresh fruits, this drink will not be kept longer than if you choose to freeze the syrup mixed with the mashed fruits.

You will defrost it before use. When you will be able to pass the composition on half ice cream, you can put the thick syrup in glasses, pour plain or mineral water and you will get a consistent drink, very pleasant in terms of taste, but also very cold! You will have a kind of diluted border.

INGREDIENT:

For syrup:

250 ml water
250 g sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
150 ml of lemon juice

For lemonade:

sugar syrup with lemon
400 g fresh, cleaned strawberries
1-1.5 l of plain / cold mineral water
ice cubes
mint leaves
3-4 whole strawberries for decoration

I washed under running water, then cleaned the stalks and leaves. During this time I boiled the water with the sugar, over low to medium heat, until it became a thicker syrup, which decreased a little in volume & # 8211 you need 5 minutes to boil.

I took it off the heat, added the lemon juice and mixed it, then let it cool. I strained to remove the grated lamiae peel.

In a blender I passed the strawberries, then I poured them into the cup with syrup. I put the cup of strawberries and syrup in the fridge. In 30 minutes I added the rest of the plain / cold mineral water, ice cubes, mint leaves and strawberries for decoration.

I first put 1 liter of water. If you find it too sweet you can dilute it.

And, if you are tempted by the frozen lemonade version, you can freeze it and then pass it until you get a border-like texture. You can put the cubes of frozen lemonade in a liter of water.

Anyway you choose to consume this lemonade I think you will be happy with what you get.

LEMONADE with STRAWBERRIES and HONEY & # 8211 recipe + benefits

This is one of the recipes that gives us the opportunity to eat fresh strawberries, thus benefiting from all the nutritional and healing qualities of the fruit. Nothing boils, nothing is lost.

Strawberries are rich in water, vitamins and precious minerals as well vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B9, potassium, magnesium, manganese, antioxidants and fiber. They are low in calories and carbohydrates.

Lemonade with strawberries and honey

Strawberry consumption was associated with eye health and the brainand, decreasing blood pressure and improving the symptoms of gout and arthritis. At the same time, strawberries prevent various types of cancer and reduce the signs premature aging.

It is no coincidence that strawberries are similar in color and shape to the human heart. Due to the antioxidant content & # 8211 ellagic acid, anthocyanins, catechins, quercetin and kaempferol, these fruits reduce risk of cardiovascular disease.

Strawberry lemonade - recipe

• 500 g of strawberries
• 3-5 lemons (240 ml of juice)
• 100-200 g of honey
• 1 liter of water

Remove the strawberry stalks and wash them thoroughly of impurities. Cut them in four and put them in the blender jar. Add bee honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice and water.

Mix for a few seconds, until a creamy and homogeneous juice results. Adjust the amount of water according to the consistency you want for the lemonade.

You can prepare a thicker syrup, which can be later diluted with more water.

Taste the sweet, and if necessary, add more honey.

Serve the lemonade as such, or with ice cubes.

You can use mineral water instead of plain water to get a sour drink.

For a more refreshing aroma, you can also add a few green mint leaves to the mixture, or 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil (for internal use).

Why? Because sometimes dreams come true! Like any mother and housewife aware of the quality of the raw materials used in the kitchen, I always wish I could have as healthy and quality products as possible. Now is the time for strawberries, but I'm not looking for those brought from overseas. Someone up there loves me and that's how I woke up with a whole box of organic strawberries!   • 12 lemons

Method of preparation:
