Rub the yeast well with a spoonful of sugar, add warm milk and the rest of the sugar and mix until it dissolves. Beat the egg well with a pinch of salt, add the oil, milk mixed with yeast and flour. Mix well with the target and leave to rise for about 40 minutes covered with a towel in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Put a tablespoon and a half of the dough in the molds, if they are made of silicone they should not be greased. Let it rise for another 10 minutes and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool, during which time the syrup is prepared. Bring the water to a boil together with the sugar and boil for about 5 minutes. Whip the whipped cream hard.
Turn the savarins upside down, lightly cut a lid, but not all, syrup well and fill with whipped cream. You can put motz but I preferred to powder them with sugar.
