Cozonac with dried fruit and shit

In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and dry yeast. Separately mix warm milk with liquefied butter and oil. Over the flour we add beaten eggs, then the milk with butter and oil and knead an elastic and non-sticky dough, which we cover with a towel and leave it to rise for an hour. (I used Pakmaya dry yeast this time, but I wasn't happy, because it didn't look as good as Dr. Oetker's, and the dough didn't grow enough for me either.)

Divide the dough into two equal parts, spread each part in a rectangular sheet, sprinkle the dried fruit and shit, roll and weave the two rolls. Leave the cake to rise for at least 30 minutes, then grease it with egg yolk, sprinkle sugar on top and bake for 50 minutes.

After about 35 minutes, cover with aluminum foil or baking paper so as not to burn on the surface.
